Project Management

Our StreetSmartSOB Project Management program will teach you how to successfully plan and implement your enterprise software project. Whether you are a software consultant or software client, whether this is your first software project or you've been doing this for years, we will provide you with the tools, techniques and, most importantly, the framework you need to keep your projects on track. And folks, this is not about theory. All of our lessons are based on our many years of experience in managing enterprise software projects for dozens of companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and S. Korea.

Business Analysis

Our StreetSmartSOB Business Analysis program offers seasoned tips, tutorials and advice for today's business analysts and anyone interested in exploring the field of business analysis. Skills we will explore in this program include business process mapping, gathering business requirements, writing specifications, developing reports and dashboards and facilitating a better understanding between the business units and their IT and IS colleagues.

eTraining

In our StreetSmartSOB eTraining program we will explore the tools and technologies available today to present effective and engaging eLearning experiences. Whether you're a project manager, a business analyst or a corporate trainer, part of your job and a great part of your success will depend on how well you can train your people on your new programs, processes and procedures. While we may touch on classroom and one on one training, this program will focus primarily on developing and delivering effective and engaging online training programs.

eArchitecture

Our StreetSmartSOB program in Information Architecture is called Inflowmation Management. It is a philosophy that studies how data and information flow within, throughout and between enterprise organizations. Here you will learn the three simple but powerful principles upon which this philosophy is built and the practical ways in which it can be applied when blueprinting your organization's information architecture.
